Surfaces may be cleaned with any household cleaners but no polish like substance. Wipe area clean and dry with a lint free cloth before applying the vinyl graphics. Freshly painted surfaces should be dry for at least 72 hours prior to application of the vinyl graphics.
The temperature of the room and the temperature of the intended surface should be between 18-25 degrees Celsius for best results. Excess cold or heat can effect greatly the application process.
Where possible any old stickers should be removed prior to delivery. This can be done using a light heat from a heat gun or hair dryer and peeling back the substance. Please try not to use scrapers or blades as to not damage the paint underneath. Any glue residue can be removed with ordinary tar remover or paint thinners.
Vinyl will apply to many surfaces but it cannot cover every sin. A rough paint surface will show through a vinyl graphic wrap and as such the surface should be smooth and sealed prior to graphics application to make sure that it sticks properly and has a high quality finish. Vinyl is NOT a cheap cover up for broken paint or scratched surfaces.
